  • David Page

Managing Director & VP, Australia & New Zealand

David has worked in the HR services industry since 2001 when he was appointed Managing Director of Neller Pty Ltd and is now Managing Director and Vice President of the Australia & New Zealand (ANZ) Division of NorthgateArinso following the acquisition of Neller in January 2010.  Prior to this, David was partner and joint founder of a software and services provider to the medical and animal services professions.

David led the rapid growth and repositioning of the Neller business as it transformed its product development and operating model from being a traditional payroll software development business to a payroll and HR services business using the Internet and “Software as a Service” (SaaS) as the primary delivery model for its payroll and HR product line.  Building and owning comprehensive high availability application hosting facilities, the Neller business experienced annual double digit growth over this period and grew to be a market services leader dominating the supply of OnDemand payroll services in the Australia and New Zealand market.  Complementing its core systems business, David further extended the Neller range of services by establishing a full service payroll outsourcing service that now manages payroll for over 70 ANZ organisations.

In 2007 David led a management and private equity buyout of the privately held Neller business to ANZ Capital (ANZC), the private equity division of the ANZ bank.  In early 2010 he worked closely with ANZC to sell 100% of the business to NorthgateArinso Pty Ltd, a division of the global Northgate Information Solutions business owned by KKR.

David now leads the combined group totalling 150 staff working from seven offices throughout Australia and New Zealand.  He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Melbourne.
